The prices stated are the sales prices charged by Gallery Slavik including VAT. Further costs charged to customers within the EU area include packaging, mailing and insurance costs. For deliveries to destinations outside the EU area, we also add the forwarding costs and any customs duties incurred. On request, customers may charge a forwarder of their choice with the shipping and delivery.
In the case of deliveries to resellers within the EC area, the invoice excludes VAT; notification of their UID number is required.
The goods are dispatched upon receipt of the invoice amount either in cash or by debiting the customer’s credit card. The goods remain in our possession until they are fully paid. We recommend that you give us your credit card number over the telephone rather than via e-mail.
The offer remains open until we have confirmed the order and agreement has been reached with the customer on the total price. Illustrations and texts are subject to alterations and errors. Moreover, we do not guarantee the availability of the items offered on the Internet site, because most items are unique pieces of art that are also offered for sale at the Gallery or may have been recalled by the artist for an exhibition.
Some EU countries may impose restrictions with regard to imports of objects of value and precious metals to which we must abide. Otherwise, applicable Austrian laws shall apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Vienna.
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery and in the case of defects lodge a complaint immediately with the forwarder (Post Office) and/or inform us so we can contact the insurance company.
We are free to effect sales in the name and for the account of the artist.
72 hours return privilege within all of the EU (from the time of receipt by the customer to its return to the Gallery)
